Our Lil Mites academy runs every Saturday morning from 11 - 12 in Monksfield Lawns. Our acadmey is run by Ciaran Moore, who has overseen the academy for the past 3 years, having taken the reigns from his father John Moore. The academy not only trains the players, but any potential coaches. The academy invites adults who would like to take up coaching to learn the ropes in a fun and friendly environment.
Our academy has been running since 2010 and has produced 7 different teams, with several players having gone on to represent both the DDSL and SDFL sides.
Our academy is open for children aged 5 - 7 and only costs €2 per session. Any parent who wishes to bring their son or daughter down to the Lil Mites academy or even wish to get involved in coaching in the academy should contact our Academy Head Coach or our Coaching Coordinator.
